All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, and are generally limited to unshipped orders or defective kits reported within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are provided for completed genetic analyses or digital reports.
4. Use of Genetic Data
Your genetic data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your raw genetic data. By submitting a sample, you grant Genetics Jakarta Pet House a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store your data solely to deliver the services you ordered. We do not sell your genetic data to third parties for marketing or research without your explicit, informed, written consent.
